As a third generation Royal Rosarian, this Portland Pigeon dedicates his days to charitable causes and his nights to perfecting his parade strut. You see, most parade pigeons do a traditional head-bob, step, head-bob, step but he's working on a novel head-bob, wing-flutter, step, step glide, followed by a new two-handed hat shimmy.
