Fremont Bridge cuff
Completed in 1973 and spanning the Willamette River, the Fremont Bridge connects the NW and North quadrants of Portland. All who cross are rewarded with stunning views of Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Hood, and the West Hills.
Inspired by her travels and by the bond a bridge makes between the communities it spans, designer Betsy Cross brings us the Bridge Cuff Collection. Each cuff is a celebration of the bridge’s unique elements and structural beauty. Etched on the inside you’ll find the year the bridge was completed and its geographic coordinates.
Materials: Oxidized brass. Care: brass will tarnish naturally. Tarnish can be removed with a polishing cloth.
Measures 1 1/2" wide in center and 2 3/8" at ends. Adjustable (fits most wrists; for men and women).
Betsy & Iya started in 2008 in a coffeeshop with a notebook, a bright red pencil, and nothing to lose. Among scribbles and coffee stains, the words “jewelry making” appeared in that notebook. Betsy & Iya are constantly learning, building, growing. They’re goofballs who can still work 80+ hour weeks, but know when to take a deep breath.
Made by hand in Betsy & Iya's Portland, Oregon studio.
In shop & available to ship February 6th.
